Thank you for your interest in joining the Trustee Board of Catalyst Support and in helping us deliver the next phase in our mission: to work with people to support their health and wellbeing.

Catalyst Support works to promote the mental health and wellbeing of people in Surrey, improving lives in terms of stability and wellbeing, with the aim of reducing harm to themselves, their families and their communities. We are proud to offer support for individuals and their friends and families in a holistic, friendly, professional and non-judgemental way.

Catalyst Support offers a variety of specialised services around Surrey, providing drug, alcohol, wellbeing and mental health support that is personalised and that empowers the people we help. Many are delivered in collaboration with other organisations. You can read more about our services on our website.

This is an important time for Catalyst Support. We have grown significantly in the last five years, with a turnover that now sits at around £5m. Our work is more vital than ever in a world where consideration of our mental health and wellbeing is so important.

Following notification from our current Chair and Financial Trustee that they will be standing down at the end of the year, we are now seeking two committed individuals who can bring their professional expertise, flair for leadership, and understanding of good governance to the Catalyst Support team.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Trustee Board, as we begin consideration of our new strategy for 2025 and beyond. We hope that you will be energised about joining our team and playing your part in the future of Catalyst Support.
